Lost Pontiac Key and Clicker
Posted by Hillary (+68) 13 years ago
Hello all! I am hoping someone can help me find my keys! I lost them Saturday night somewhere, not sure where. They fell out of my purse sometime along the way. The way included the Trails Inn, Texas Club, and Bojangles Nite Club. There is a clicker, Pontiac key, two old fasioned keys, and one newer house key; there is not a key chain, just keys and the clicker for my car. Please call me at 951-1452 if you see/have seen them or know anything about their whereabouts!

Ya know, I knew someone would be so negative, almost posted it to start with. No it wasn't that or DUI. I didn't even have my car - it was parked at a friends house as it should have been, thank you for judging me!!! I simply had my keys so I could get in my home at the end of the night! So everyone please help me instead of making assumptions! Oh yeah - I am of legal drinking age also!

Guess I don't get it. Didn't use the technical term at first cuz I don't rightly know how to spell it. But yes, clicker to me, the small town gal that can spell xylophone but has no idea how to spell key faub and also doesn't know if everyone is familiar with that terminology. Why are people so cynical/mean/negative on this site?! I just hope to find my keys to my home and car so I can feel secure in my home at night and know that my car will not easily be stolen!

You weren't going to drive home? Why don't you just go back to New York where you belong.

Of course I wasn't. I am not from New York thanks. Just a Miles City gal wondering when the hell everyone got so mean around here.

Have you called any of the bars yet? I would even try the police station to see if anything was turned in. I hope you find them!

Thank you milestowngal! I've called them so much they now say "you already called us"!!! LOL. Thought I'd try this instead of pestering them further! Thanks for the police station idea - didn't think of that but that is a good idea as I'm sure there is some city lost and found or something like that.

A watch fob is spelled f o b. I call the remote control for the tv the clicker and we only recently got one of those automatic lock/unlock thingies for the car so I didn't know it was called a "fob." I thought it was unlocking thingie Or a 'did you push the button so the car honked' thingie.

The Star runs free lost and found classifieds and people often drop stuff off there so check at the front desk.

Would the people on here be as rude & disrespectful to people to their face? Or are they hiding behind a computer screen to be this way because they are passive/agressive?

Does anybody know how to block someone from posting in your forum?

We all post at Larry's convenience and suffering.

I was in no way being mean what-so-ever. I was just pointing out your terminology. "Key Fob" is the correct term. A "Clicker" is a dog training device.

Just an FYI the next time you say clicker, and someone asks why you are trying to lock the car door with a dog trainer.
