Steeped In History

The tea that Lendall Pitts and the Sons of Liberty dumped in Boston Harbor on the night of December 16, 1773, was a a blend of Ceylonese and Darjeerling teas. This same blend of tea is still marketed by the same company whose cargo flavored Boston Harbor in 1773. The Davison Newman & Company, Ltd. of London markets this blend in the United States under the label of Boston Harbor Tea.

Wonder if they'll come up with a petro-chemical flavored blend to market under the label BP Tea? ; -)
