Howdy, fear not there once was a day when lepers were ostracized and sick people were stoned or burned to death. Then Jesus washed there feat and cared for the hungry, the sick and the outcast. I am sure that his followers thousands of years later will be just as compassionate.

LOL, so very true, Stone... what hypocrites they all are...and they are the "judgingest" bunch of idiots I have ever experienced, even tho the bible says "judge not lest ye be judged"... altho I am sure that one of them will pop up and say, "well the bible might say that but they really didn't mean it that way"...it is amazing how they can twist the words in the bible to mean whatever they want...

Spewing is my new favorite word. liberals love it too.
As for this group of Taxed Enough Already people...gee, are there really any words? I don't have any. They don't represent me or my way of thinking.
I am, however, TEA'D.

Is this what the billionaire Koch brothers intended when they started funding the tea baggers' movement? Anyway Kemmick nailed it in describing the people attracted to the tea baggers in his article. So are Montanans still going to vote for the politicos such as Rheberg who jumped on the tea baggers' band wagon??

My fervent hope is that the teabaggers cause the downfall of Republican hopes in November. If their candidates win enough primaries (like O'Donnell in Delaware) the Dems should have a nice sweep. Take that, Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin!

MERRY CHRISTMAS,,, ( NOT HAPPY HOLIDAYS ) TO ONE AND ALL. HAVENT HAD THE TIME TO VISIT IN A WHILE. LOOKING AT THE GUFF TOWARD THE TEA PARTY MOVEMENT, IT REALY MAKES ME SAD TO THINK THAT THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT FEEL LIKE THE GOVERNMENT OWES THEM A LIVING AND A FREE RIDE IN LIFE. I HAVE WORKED A FULL TIME JOB SINCE I WAS 17 YEARS OLD, PAID MY TAXES LIKE A GOOD HARD WORKING PERSON SHOULD. NOW THAT I AM A FEW YEARS FROM RETIREMENT, AND PAYING A LOT CLOSER ATTENTION AS TO HOW THE GOV. IS NOT ONLY WAISTING THE TAX DOLLARS THAT IS BEING TAKEN FROM ME AND MY FAMILY, IT GRAVELS ME TO NO END THAT THE CURRENT ADMINESRATION HAD IN MIND TO TAKE MORE FROM ME AND GIVE IT TO THE LIMP LAME AND LAZY. I HAVE A REAL PROBLEM WITH THAT. THIS HOUSE HOLD PAYS NEARLY $20,000.00 A YEAR IN TAXES AND I AM NOT IN THE MOOD TO HAVE THEM FLEECE ANY MORE FROM THIS HOUSE HOLD. ITS TIME THAT THE LIMP LAME AND LAZY STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR OWN AND QUIT BEING A MOOCH ON SOCIETY. AS I AM A FIRM BELIEVER THAT SOME TAXES SHOULD BE PAID TO THE GOV. AND STATE AND LOCAL GOV. BUT TO KEEP THE COST DOWN FOR A FEW TO PAY, THEY HAD BETTER REDUCE THERE OWN SPENDING, AND TRIM THE BIG CHUNCKS OF FAT THAT IS NOT NEEDED, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A FLAT TAX THAT EVERY ONE PAYS, AND IS FAIR.... I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO THE TEA PARTY MOVMENT, AND PLAN ON CONTINUING MY CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARD THERE CAUSE. THIS COUNTRY IS IN A BAD FINACIAL STATE, RAISING THE TAXES WILL NOT IMPROVE THINGS AS IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE

I'm sorry for your poor eyesight but using all capitals in the cyber world means you are shouting. Perhaps you intended this. You can zoom in on the screen by holding the control key down as you scroll.

By the way, if you go blind, I hope you don't plan to use any government services, because then you'll be part of the lame you so abhor.

I PLAN ON FENDING FOR MYSELF

I will rebut in the form of song:

In the end, "YOU" will be eaten by wolves. Together, "WE" at least may be able to give one another a proper burial as our cultural edifices succumb to an inevitable heat death.

Happy Holidays!!!

So in, say the last 3 years, what constitutional rights have been taken from you? I hear this phrase thrown about all the time. And while I am upset about the direction our country is going on many fronts, I cannot honestly say that I feel I have less or fewer constitutional rights than I did 3 years ago, 10 years ago, etc.

I'm wondering what CULPERTS are. It seems safe to assume the word is pronounced KUL-purtz, and from the context that mtpatriot has placed it in, it also seems safe to assume that CULPERTS must be the opposite of MORANS.

HOW EXACTLY?

I FEEL THAT ITS COMMING.

SO YOU ADMIT THAT YOU ARE USING YOUR EMOTIONS INSTEAD OF YOUR INTELLECT WHEN YOU FORM YOUR OPINIONS.

WE USE TO PLEDGE ALEGENCE TO THE FLAG WHEN I WAS IN SCHOOL LIKE EVERY ONE ELSE IN MY AGE GROUP

WHEN I WAS ON THE CITY COUNCIL, WE SAID THE PLEDGE AT THE START OF EVERY MEETING. WHERE WAS THE PLEDGE NOT RECITED THAT YOU EXPECTED IT TO BE?

OUR RIGHTS TO BEAR ARMS IS THREATEND.

HOW? NAME ONE PIECE OF LEGISLATION TO BACK UP YOUR CLAIM.

If anything, the right to bear arms has been expanded by recent court cases striking down local ordinances that are tougher than state laws. I hate it when dumb people learn how to use computers.

I wouldn't mind if the Moran used common courtesy in his typing technique and gave specific instances to which a person could respond. Shouting generalities is just spitting into the wind.

I'm with you MTPATRIOT, another big big problem is it's always someone elses fault when something goes wrong and that includes out gov't (congress and the white house). I worked for every penny I've ever made and taken ownweship for things Iv'e done (good or bad). Quite frankly, I'm tired of listening to all the whining on the news and that goes for all the news channels. I really don't care to listen to any of it whether it be the google eyed left wingers or the silly right wingers.

Generalizations are another sign of lack of thought. If you say "this specific house bill is in contradiction to this amendment to the Constitution," we have a basis for discussion. We ALL work for a living. We all have things to complain about. But general ranting accomplishes nothing.

We need to determine what the problem is and what makes a workable solution. "Taking the country back" isn't a solution, since the folks some people want to take the country back from are good, hard-working, loyal American citizens who simply have a different idea of what is best for the country.

Give us one specific issue. Give us one specific suggestion for dealing with that issue. Then we can talk.

Until then, it is all hot air.

I could start. We need to reduce the deficit. The Bush era tax breaks were created to give back surplus funds left from the Clinton administration. Those funds are LONG gone so the purpose for the tax breaks no longer exists. Collecting more taxes from the wealthy would go a long way to balancing the budget. So, why are Republicans NOT in favor of reducing the deficit through one of the most effective ways?

News flash- in the industrial world- we do not have high taxes that is something that has been brainwashed into your skulls. We are bringing home less money , not because of higher taxes but because wages are not keeping up with higher cost of living.

Quite frankly, I'm tired of listening to all the whining on the news and that goes for all the news channels. I really don't care to listen to any of it whether it be the google eyed left wingers or the silly right wingers.

That is exactly what they want you to do. If you are not 100% on the side of corporate America then you need to be disenfranchised and removed from the system and there is a channel for everyone that will allow you to do anything but be involved with your own demise.
