To Whom It May Concern

This is for the individual or individuals that dumped a nice looking mare into the pastures off of Cap Rock Road.

I can certainly understand a change of fortune where you find yourself in a financial bind and are unable to care for your horse. But come on.....to dump her off like she was an unwanted pup or kitten????

Why not advertise her here on MilesCity.com?? The classifieds here are FREE....it just takes a bit of your time. Isn't the horse that gave you countless hours of enjoyment and entertainment worth that much??

Thank you for your time!

I think Buck may have been talking about brands and lip tattoo numbers. Not sure they all have them but if this one does, a call to a brand inspector may be in order to find who did the dumping.

It's my understanding that a horse's VIN, on Spanish/American models, is placed on a metal plate directly behind the left ear.

I've never ridden an Arabian, horse.

Remember too, they require having Jimmy rod adjustments at least once a year.

Hope this helps...

The horse was gathered up and sold, upon the advice of the Brand Inspector, since no owner claimed the horse.

I was going to volunteer to adopt it as long as eating it would remain an option.
