Are there any good Gyms that are open to the public? Or are they just the high school and college?

A new gym just opened up on Plaza lane. Down by the Break Forth church. Its in the same driveway as Bojangles. It's a real nice enviroment. Lots of good people down there. You can call Mike or Dawn at 406-234-4517. They offer weight loss, womens self defense, MMA, and boxing. I've been down there several times and love it.

Good to hear that there's a gym in Miles City. Although, from the looks of things on CityCam2, it would appear that membership might be sparse. One thing is clear. There is no shortage of fast food in good old Miles City.

Cheers!

The Centra on the campus of MCC is open to the community. It is a membership based facility that offers both free weights and selectorized weights. We have several classes that are open to all members.

The Centra is a great place, with great hours, even in summer, for before and after work excercise. I believe hours, for summer, are M-F 5:30am-8:30pm, with weekend hours opening a little later say around 8am. There is a nice variety of classes (aerobics, yoga, etc.) available also that are included in membership. Great environment to exercise in, not to mention the 6 new flat panel televisions to gaze at while on the cardio equipment.
