drink only one beer for the rest of your life, what would it be?

(May as well keep the beer threads going)

My choice: Harp Lager

Shiner Bock

The only good thing to ever come out of Texas. However, I can't seem get it in MT anymore.

Shiner Bock. Nice choice.

Once, in a former life, I cajoled a waitress until she opened up a Houston airport bar at 8:30 AM. I consumed two Shiner Bocks before my plane departed. Or was it three?

How about Yuengling Lord Chesterfield Ale. Have one left and then have to get up to Pennsylvania to replenish. They only sell the Lager and Black and Tan down here in the South. They brew that stuff in Tampa but the good stuff only comes from PA.

Leinenkugels Berry Weiss

OK. I need a ruling. Does this even qualify as beer?

(I kid. I kid.)

I was too polite to say anything about berry weiss, which I regard as one of the most wretched beers on the planet (Okay, maybe not as wretched as Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat).

The words "Gunnar" and "polite" are not often used in the same sentence. Just sayin'

A bottle of Lucky Lager with a word puzzle in the cap(at least that's what we often drank while dragging main).

I actually like Lindemans Pomme Lambic, but it's not beer. In general I agree with the consensus here about lambics.

Stone, if you like Crown, try R&R. Quarter of the price, all of the flavor.

Zook, the first time I ever had R and R was with your brother at the 600 Bar in the basement below the 600 cafe. Wow, that was along time ago.

I'll stick to the Crown unless someone has a good bottle of Pendleton or some Makers Mark.

As for Beer, Bush light is good and cheap and not at all pretentious.

Stone, you scoff at R&R and then say Busch Light is OK? Wow, you may want to step back and re-evaluate. Glad to hear that little story though, miss that guy.

I had a roommate in college that said Busch was like baled hay in a can. It makes my head hurt, so I stay away. Funny thing was he preferred Keystone.

I stand by my Miller products.
