We probably all have seen them, and one is happening at this second.

Someone does something on the camera, which is parking way out into the street while parallel parking, take up 5 spots for one car, car crashes, high speed chases, and more.

What have you seen? I want to know.

I've been looking for little gems but haven't seen any yet. I'm banking that BHS will be the motherlode of webcam hijinks (and possibly police evidence).

Well, the police cannot get any video from the camera, because it does not record. That is because I don't want privacy lawsuits coming out my butt.

If they really wanted to they could record the stream themselves
