I think that is rather condescending to the readers of milescity.com.....like we are ignorant hayseeds who only buy iceberg lettuce and watch NASCAR.

Anyone else?

That was an Interesting Post.. , and yes I do now know how to eat an artichoke.

Here's how to eat one and cook one, and some recipes.

I volunteer for a food co-op and one month artichokes were in the selected food share. I had so many other volunteers ask me how to cook and eat them that I wrote up instructions and passed them out during the food distribution. My teenager, however, has been eating them since she was little.

My husband made artichoke bottoms topped with caviar this weekend. Among other things. And I have been eating artichokes since childhood so, yeah, we schlumps in Miles City do understand high falutin' food like that.

You just ram it in your mouth-hole, right?

What's so difficult about that?
