Hmmm, I thought the US Government was the "Largest Managed Care Company" in the Nation.
Then again managing things has never been it's strong point.
This clip certainly raises some eyebrows but I'm not sure how the Government would fair any better.

I had a client who was in the same position as the gal in the video. His doctors were recommending a new procedure, sort of a last ditch effort. His insurance company denied it. He was so much pain that he killed himself. I found out when his widow came in to do their taxes. I'd been their advisor for several years and had seen him deteriorate over that time. It was so sad.

I really don't see how the folks at those insurance companies that take part in the denial of claims, for BULLSh$$ reasons, can live with themselves...
