Can you believe this extreme douchebaggery?

My estimation of Beyonce just shot up about a million percent for what she did afterwards. That was one of the classiest things I've seen in a long time.

HA HA...That guys an ass... Here is the appology he gave, it's no better.

"I'm sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom," he wrote. "I spoke to her mother right after and she said the same thing my mother would've said. She is very talented! I like the lyrics about being a cheerleader and she's in the bleachers! I'm in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment!

"Beyoncé's video was the best of this decade!!!! I'm sorry to my fans if I let you guys down!!!! I'm sorry to my friends at MTV. I will apologize to Taylor 2mrw. Welcome to the real world!!!! Everybody wanna booooo me but I'm a fan of real pop culture!!! No disrespect but we watchin' the show at the crib right now cause ... well you know!!!! I'm still happy for Taylor!!!! Boooyaaawwww!!!! You are very very talented!!! I gave my awards to Outkast when they deserved it over me ... That's what it is!!!!!!! I'm not crazy y'all, i'm just real. Sorry for that!!! I really feel bad for Taylor and I'm sincerely sorry!!! Much respect!!!!!"

Beyonce did the classy thing later in the show. I was very impressed by her giving back Taylor's stolen moment.

Kanye needs to go away.

"Kanye West is, without exaggeration, the greatest human being to ever walk the Earth. God made this be, so sayeth Kanye. In fact, one might argue that the purpose of the Earth is for Kanye West to walk upon it, and to do with Earth as he wishes -- if by "argue" you mean "make a truthful statement." Kanye West has said himself that his greatest pain is that he will never be able to see himself perform live. Ironic that his greatest pain is our greatest gift, but for even if Kanye could see himself perform, which is the most amazing experience any other human can possibly enjoy, the mere fact that he is Kanye West would naturally diminish the joy of seeing himself perform live, for being Kanye West one can only imagine is an existence from which every nanosecond bursts forth with purpose, and greatness, and humility. I understand that some of you reading this do not know who Kanye West is. I pity your pointless soul."

Agreed on all points however, what about MTV? Is anybody surprised Kanye does this - again?

Last years' Eminem walkout ended up being staged. Not saying that's the case here but if MTV genuinely disagrees with his d-baggery shouldn't they step up and take the cover off the ban hammer? MTV is basically his #1 venue for this sort of behavior and I'm not convinced they don't thrive on it.

I had no idea so many people were still watching MTV. You learn something new every day, I guess...

FWIW I haven't watched MTV since the days when the "M" stood for "Music." However, I do watch highlight vids on the news to see if Van Halen have reunited or if 8-track sales are still on the decline.

I have control of the remote 364 days of the year. Not ironically, I watch MTV once a year. Last night filled both quotas.

ABC News says it was wrong for its employees to tweet that Obama had called West a "jackass" for the rapper's treatment of country singer Taylor Swift. The network said some of its employees had overheard a conversation between the president and CNBC's John Harwood and didn't realize it was considered off the record.

One thing thzt we can all agree on that Obama called it right.
