Due to scheduling conflicts (darn Stockgrowers just had to have their big celebration) we will not be having a regular Ghost Tour this year. HOWEVER, we will be having tours for the All Fifties class reunion on Saturday, Sept. 12. There will be tours at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. through the Carriage House District, starting at Washington School. Since folks are signing up for the tours like mad, I could use a few folks willing to read as script, walk a few blocks and speak loudly. If I get enough guides, I may even be able to throw in a ghost or two.

Call the Miles City Preservation Office at 234-3090 or get in touch with me somehow if you are interested.

Thanks! Sorry, but the tour will be for class reunion attendees ONLY.

Likely committing forum suicide here but, it seems a little presumptuous that someone younger (say from the 70's) than those who graduated in the 50's should be guiding a tour of those who are older and likely have a better grasp of the local history than the guide. Just sayin'.

On the other hand, being a guide and in the position to tell my dad where to go does have a certain appeal...
