Just picked up a processed 1/4 and 1/2 from a 2.5 year old highland steer. USDA inspected and processed for 2 at Quality Meats. This steer has been raised locally under the Quality Highland Beef Program, finished on green grass and hay, and has never been fed grain. I've been selling highland beef since 2002. References are available.  1/4= $510. 1/2= $980. Price includes processing. Hanging weight was 577#. Aged 2 weeks. If you would like to sample some, call.
