It fixes the Blue Screen of Death, just by opening it!
Does this work on X-Boxes R.R.O.D. ?
I want one! Please tell me this site will be selling official MilesCity.com versions!

Omg! I just had an idea....now try to follow me , but what if, they made one for addresses and phone numbers! Yeah, I know! No more memorizing thousands of your friends and families information.
I'm going down to the Star today to pitch them the idea.

Several hacks won prizes from sponsor companies, while five of the best scored “best in breed” prizes. Out of those, one was chosen as the grand prize winner on Monday at the TVnext Summit: Twivo, a clever hack that lets you watch DVR-ed television programs without worrying about your “second screen” ruining the show when you check Twitter only to see the show’s ending given away. Simply enter the name of the show, and Twivo (short for “Twitter for TiVo”) will block all mentions of it from your Twitter feed, while also syncing your Twitter feed so that tweets show up when they would have during the show’s original airing

Twivo was created by the only female participant at the event — and the only minor. Unless memory fails, the only other females in attendance, that I saw anyway, were an organizer, two camerawomen, a caterer, three judges, and a participant’s wife.

Young Grasshopper...there is a man who wrote the book on PC repair and maintenance and customer support in Miles City.......then he closed it.

He still lives in Miles City. One of the great Microsoft geniuses of our time, he gave so much and asked for so little.

Out of respect for his privacy, I will not name him here. But his fame throughout Custer County and indeed, southeastern Montana (he once told me he had to turn down work with a Fortune 500 company in Hysham as they would not agree to his terms and conditions), is fabled throughout the land.

Ask around at local watering holes should you seek this man, who would be a most excellent life mentor.

<permaLink>http://milescity.com/forums/posts/view/297177/#297460</permaLink>

RE: Small PC repair shops!?!?

Thanks!

<permaLink>http://milescity.com/forums/posts/view/297177/#297446</permaLink>

RE: Small PC repair shops!?!?

Good luck. I am going to school online right now for Computer support technician and hoping going to do PC repair next. I just love trying to fix computers. I feel so good about myself when I actually do get one fixed. I have fixed my sister's laptop and my mom's desktop and had fun doing it!:) If anybody has any computers that don't work and don't care if they get them back if I don't get them fixed, I would love to try and fix them for you!

Money or no money, Google and youtube have LOTS and LOTS of resources to watch and read and can lead you every step of the way.

http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc is a good place to visit. Look on the right sidebar of that page for LOTS of links and resources.

I suggest this because I think you might be limited a bit in what is available in town... also, the best way to learn is by doing.

<permaLink>http://milescity.com/forums/posts/view/297177/#297343</permaLink>

RE: Small PC repair shops!?!?

Try Boss Office Supply

<permaLink>http://milescity.com/forums/posts/view/297177/#297308</permaLink>

Small PC repair shops!?!?

Are there any local Small PC repair shops?
