Anyone recognize the driver of the car or any of the people standing on the street?

I want to say the driver looks a little like Herb Crone and the guy leaning against the light pole under the Truck Route sign makes me think of Dan Connors.

That must be a 1966 Corvette Stingray? It would be a brand new car. I wonder what is up with the mismatched right front wheel. The wheel on the back looks stock.

The convertible 1966 Corvette had a price of $4084. Adjusted for inflation from May 1966 it would be $31,482 in Feb. 2018 dollars. (Source.)

Also the stock wheels were wheel covers.

You know MC.Com I remember saying just that when I was a kid, now I would take the girl. Imogene and I were childhood friends. I lived on Woodbury and she lived on Garland. One year we collected sugar daddy wrappers and won the big daddy of all sugar daddy's. Might be why my teeth are like they are. Miles City was fun back then, Dan Conners yes Herb I don't know, was it someone associated with Buds flowers

The car was owned by Richard “Dick“ Murphy still of Miles City. Several people think the driver was Doc Balsm.
