Call Senator Daines Today
Posted by Mary Catherine Dunphy (+1549) 13 days ago
The Senate is expected to vote on the tax bill sometime today or tonight. Senator Daines has flip-flopped and now supports the bill, even though it is a giveaway for multimillionaires, adds $1.4 TRILLION to the deficit, slashes $25 BILLION to Medicare for Montana seniors, and stops oil, gas and coal royalty payments to the tune of $23 million among other things.

Call his office now and tell him to vote NO: (202) 224-2651

Here are some articles that came out in the last 24 hours about the effect of this bill on Montana:

Billings Gazette: Montana's state government could lose $30M in revenue if Senate tax plan passes

"Department of Revenue Director Mike Kadas advised the governor’s office ahead of the Senate vote that the tax reforms would cut contributions to the state general fund by $29.8 million over the next two tax years. A House tax reform bill passed in early November would cut general fund contributions by $9.9 million."

Lee Newspapers: Montana higher education official: Tax plan poses 'substantial challenges'

"Toryn Rogers is a graduate student at the University of Montana who estimated his tax burden would jump at least 150 percent and possibly closer to 200 percent if the GOP's proposed tax plan becomes law. Some students would see increases as high as 400 percent, Rogers said Wednesday.

Even Montana's realtors don't like the GOP tax plan:

Don't be fooled. This GOP tax plan is a bad deal for Montanans -- rich or poor!

The Billings Gazette Editorial Board wrote and published this Gazette Opinion, "The Most un-GOP Tax Plan" on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. It details just how bad the GOP tax plan will be. Sadly, it was written and published at a time when Senator Daines was against the plan -- before he changed his mind and now favors it. Let's hope Daines changes his mind back to being against the GOP tax plan.

If Trump placed a plate of steaming dog poo on a table and ordered Daines and Gianforte to eat it, they would fight for who got to go first.

Looks like it may be to late as Sen. Mitch McConnell says he has the votes to pass the GOP tax bill. Things are going to change for many people but not for the better -- that is unless you are very rich.

Until the Senate votes, I still recommend calling Senator Daines for a NO vote. In the meantime, Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) explains things and what will probably happen next.

Senator Bennett (D-CO) also explains things:

The Reality and the Truth
*************************
Reading several spots in here easily makes me smile. It takes a great deal to make me laugh. These writers all FEAR the unknown. That is right, they FEAR what is not even true or in existence. You do NOT have to file any unconstitutional IRS form 1040s........the IRS *****must***** assess everyone's tax burdens, you do not have to WASTE your entire life in abject stupidity believing the MYTH that the IRS is federal, is legal, and will jail you whenever you stop fling their 2000% illegal IRS 1040s.
1. All this crap, pro or anti, about the "tax deals" from Washington, D.C. and those 535 complete loser idiots, is all fools at their play.
2. There is NO income tax; all that exists is the ****myth*** that everyone who is a good person (a sucker) must pay their fair share when all the wealthiest and ultra caring never pay zilch.
3. "Yeah, but we are not super rich and we cannot hire and pay tens of thousands of dollars annually to big teams of CPAs and tax attorneys and such."
4. Bullpoop. You can all *****THINK***** with the brains GOD Almighty created between your ears. Read the truth about the IRS and the Income Tax. It is ALL OVER ALL OVER ALL OVER the entire internet.
5. The truth is...........GOD created the cosmos, not the IRS.
6. GOD loves every human being who ever lived, never the IRS, the IRS never loves anyone, is incapable of even loving itself. Precisely why more than one million six hundred thousand (1,600,000) IRS employees NEVER EVER FILE.
7. GOD wants everyone to live happily, under no burdens of crap such as all the IRS has ever produced.
8. GOD wants all of His children to be smart enough to openly defy sin like fornication and that is all the IRS ever does, is fornicate. The IRS only fornicates because it has never since December 23, 1913, ever enjoyed a single.....one (1)....day of ever having been legally established.
9. In the Congressional Record of every proceeding EVER in the U.S. Congress since its establishment, there NEVER has been any record of the income tax ever being discussed, debated, sent into committee or anything. It just NEVER HAPPENED.
10. If any of you want the IRS to come to Miles City and drag me off to prison, so be it. They can, anytime they have the guts. We all know they have the power, but they also never have had any LAWFUL standing.

I already did 313 days in jail ( jail, not prison) for never having ever committed any crime, for a crime I did NOT commit. All thanks owing the lecherous IRS and all their despicable satan worshipping abuses of power and authority. They jacked around and wasted over $200,000 in three plus(3+) years trying to bust me and put me in prison for five (5) years. Sad, so very sad. They lost, I won.
Chief Federal Judge RICHARD F. CEBULL acquitted me of any and all wrongdoing. It is all public record.
Pleases me a great deal from time to time to also be aware it was Chief Federal Judge Cebull who was removed lawfully from the bench for his emails referring to barack Obama's possibility of having been conceived at a house party, between his mother and a dog. That entire story is PLEASANTLY also ALL OVER ALL OVER the internet.

If anyone cares enough to not waste their lives and their money paying......"taxes".........income taxes, not local property taxes.........be smart enough to do the right thing.
Stop bullpoopting yourself and your family and friends that you...........absolutely MUST file your income taxes. That is all myth.
By law, law passed by the U.S. Congress, all Americans and all American businesses and corporations MUST be assessed by the IRS what their tax debts become.
If you are fool enough to keep SELF ASSESSING yourself and doing the IRS's dirty, poopty work for them.........you are welcome to your ignorance of TRUTH and FACT. Enjoy busting your asses to become bankrupt so the IRS can put you in a good rest home when the time arrives.

Wasting the ***only*** life Holy Father GOD gave to only you, worrying about something as truly corrupt, illegal, and phony as the income tax?
Do yourself a HUGE favor...........stop filing. It is as easy as that. I haven't filed since 1976 and I never will.
"Yeah, but I don't want to go to jail like you did."
So what? I did not go to jail for NOT filing, I went to jail because the IRS set me up, trapped me, stung me, and, I won acquittal of all of their bullpoop anyway, so, who cares? The $200,000 they wasted was ****your**** American tax money. The $200,000 of my own money I had to spend to gain acquittal is only $200,000 to be subtracted from over $500,000 I have not WASTED filing income taxes since 1976. See? I am still over $300,000 ahead of all the IRS faggots.

I am still here. The IRS knows everything about me. They know my telephone numbers, email address, where I live, where I bank, they even know my neck size. So? So what? All they know is no big deal; they are all satan worshipping faggots, every single one of them.

Wow, Mr. Shipley is on a roll. I kind of question his true belief in the bible when he begins to call people faggots and maggots etc. Is this truly the Christian way to act? 2000% is still not a thing. 100% is all a person can be correct or wrong. One question I have is; did Mr. Shipley not have to pay his income tax?

A federal judge has acquitted a Miles City man accused of threatening an IRS employee in an e-mail to a tax firm he had hired to resolve an inheritance tax dispute.

Robert Shipley, 61, buried his face in hands as Chief U.S. District Judge Richard Cebull ruled late Wednesday afternoon that he was not guilty of threatening communication. Shipley was the last witness in the three-day bench trial and gave emotional testimony. He had been incarcerated since his arrest more than 10 months ago.

Shipley admitted that he wrote and sent an e-mail last June to employees at Quantum Financial Solutions in Colorado in which he complained about Quantum's handling of his case and threatened to get a baseball bat or club and beat in the head of the IRS officer assigned to the matter.

But he never intended to communicate a threat or to harm the officer and was ashamed of the language he used, Shipley said. In the e-mail, he referred to Sandra Welch, the IRS officer, as "superbitch Welch."

"I was a mess," Shipley said. "I was angry."

Shipley also said he had no idea his e-mail would be disclosed to the IRS.

Cebull acquitted Shipley shortly after his testimony and without hearing closing arguments from defense attorney Robert Stephens or Assistant U.S. Attorney Marcia Hurd.

Cebull said there was reasonable doubt whether Shipley specifically intended to communicate a threat to the IRS officer. The judge also found that Shipley was suffering from a diminished mental capacity at the time of the incident.

Cebull reminded Shipley of his obligation to pay taxes "whether you like it or not."

"Do you understand?" Cebull asked.

"Yes sir, I do," Shipley replied.

"The defendant is free to go," Cebull said.

Shipley had been incarcerated since Aug. 2, 2007, when he was arrested on the indictment. If convicted, Shipley had faced a maximum of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

Shipley's tax problem stemmed from an inheritance received in the late 1990s. Trying to resolve it became an obsession for Shipley, who offended everyone in the IRS he dealt with on the matter, said Stephens. The dispute eventually ensnared two of Shipley's business associates with whom he jointly owned property that became the target of an IRS lien.

Shipley further complicated the matter with his belief that the government's taxing authority was unconstitutional and that the IRS was acting fraudulently, Stephens said.

Shipley became emotional on the stand, saying he never meant to hurt his longtime business partners and friends who tried to help him. The tax problem consumed him and he got angry and depressed, he said.

Shipley said he refused to sign a batch of tax returns that had been figured by a Miles City accountant because of a dispute over the amount.

Shipley, according to Hurd, was responsible for the problems because he had not filed tax returns since about 1998 and the IRS had to estimate the amount of taxes due. Shipley rejected the advice of both the Miles City accountant and of Quantum to file his returns as a step to solving the dispute, she said.

Government witnesses said Shipley had been warned by a Treasury Department agent in 2005 against making threatening statements to the IRS. The agent referred his investigation to the U.S. Attorney's Office, which declined to prosecute the case.

Welch, the IRS officer, testified that she got a call last June from a Quantum employee who told her he was concerned for her safety and sent her a copy of Shipley's e-mail, she said.

"Needless to say, I have a loaded .45 on my night stand now," Welch said.

Under questioning by Hurd, Shipley admitted he espoused views that he didn't have to pay taxes and that he typed "American Patriot" under his name. But he denied joining any tax protest group.

"Absolutely not, and I never would," he said.

Earlier this year, Shipley filed his tax returns and resolved his case with the IRS.

Now the House will do the very same, crawl along like the snake that it is, on its belly, puking and vomiting, wasting more millions of YOUR tax dollars.......and then it will also PASS the crap.

Living kills and everything changes. Aren't you all proud YOUR tax dollars are only $500+ every 24 hours wasted paying each of these 535 darling idiots?

NativeMC,
Do you really believe Holy Father GOD loves IRS people who engage in STEALING trillions and trillions of dollars from His American children through the LARGEST HOAX ever perpetrated upon any civilized people in the world?
You are just too chicken to ever get off your lazy butt and research all the fraud that always has been the IRS.
Look, Fella, Federal Reserve Notes are worthless. The Federal Reserve Bank is NOT a bank; is NOT federal in any way, shape nor form; and, has never ever held any cash reserves as have all banks in the USA since 1789. The Federal Reserve Bank does not have and has never had a CHARTER to ever do business. Duh?

I know everything in truth of what I speak and write.

****** KEEP THIS CLOSE IN YOUR God given mind********
In June, 2008, before Chief Federal Judge RICHARD F. CEBULL, after he had acquitted me and directed the U.S. Marshalls to unlock my handcuffs in open court, when he stated I was to file my taxes whether I liked it or not..........I promised him, I promised a proper sitting CHIEF FEDERAL JUDGE I would file.
June of 2008 through today in December, 2017 is a period of how many years and months? Nice (9) years and five plus (5+) months, right?
1. I have written the IRS in Ogden, Utah, six (6) times since October, 2008, six (6) times, asking them how do I file since the IRS owes me $144,xxx because I was acquitted of never having committed any crimes against them. Six (6) times.
2. The IRS does owe me $144,xxx because of the federal law........FTCA....Federal Tort Claims Act. The IRS trapped me and stung me and I was acquitted by a chief federal judge of any and all wrongdoing, so, they lost the case and I won it. They have to pay for all of my costs as per Federal Tort Claims Act law. Will they ever pay me? Of course not, because they are all criminals and faggots and queers.
3. Every single time I wrote the IRS and stated to the idiot baboon faggots I had promised a federal judge I would file......every single time....I always received in about three (3) weeks a form letter (always the very same form letter) ......."Your case and inquiry is being directed to another IRS department that handles such legal requests." Blah, blah, blah. "Expect to receive proper instructions in approximately forty-five (45) days", blah, blah, blah.
Did I ever receive the IRS's VERY OWN instructions on how I am to file since I was acquitted of THEIR trumped up illegal case where they wasted over $200,000 trying to get me into federal prison for five (5) years and award me up to a $250,000 fine? No. Hell no. Because the whole deal is laced with fraud to get and keep all suckers like you who are too lazy to ever use your brain......your brain that Holy Father GOD gave to you.......and thereby keep you convinced you are one of their pawns and you do not belong to GOD and you are to remain their slave and keep sending them your money. Period. Done deal.
Like me, hate me, only tolerate me, think of me any way that you wish; I could never care less.
I live my life as freely as GOD has enabled me to do. GOD has healed me from a 97 day stretch in the Holy Rosary hospital after I hit a semi truck head on with a '55 Chevy hotrod and crushed my best friend; GOD saved me in a real kidnapping at gunpoint right here in Tinytown, USA (Miles City) where that sort of crap is never supposed to occur; and GOD has brought me through two (2) very extreme nervous breakdowns forced upon me by the City.......and GOD will care for me tomorrow and next month and next year and year after year because I give my only allegiance to Him........and never any bunch of IRS faggots and queers.

NativeMC,
Reread the BilGaz story really, really well this time.
Envision the truth.
It is in the Federal Court in Billings, Montana.
A truly faggot queer coke whore by the name of Sandra Welch, an IRS agent, just a mere agent, nothing more, not protected by federal law like ALL REAL federal officers.......is under OATH before a federal magistrate judge......the very smart, very wise, very attractive, Carolyn S. Ostby (who was lead to jail me for 313 days and who I still absolutely adore)......
Welch blabs.............under oath........she had a .45 automatic handgun on her bedside table owing my threats to her...........duh?
1. I never ever threatened bitch Welch.
2. I never ever saw bitch Welch.
3. Bitch Welch never did reply to my eleven (11) letters to her like do all law enforcement officials and REAL People.
4. Bitch Welch never ever owned a .45 handgun...........because the truth is that very, very, very, very few women own or carry such large handguns. Mostly, women carry.32s or .38s or .380s.
So, we have an IRS agent posing as a federal officer (and no IRS agents are federal officers at all) and she is UNDER OATH and LYING to a federal magistrate judge..........
and you, Sir, want me in all of my stupidity to believe in and trust the IRS?

Mr. Shipley-You stated "Never owned a .45" And you know this how? Did she eventually admit she was lying? Or are you going to stick by your assumption that a woman rarely owns a high powered handgun? I know two single females, one has a .44 Mag,the other one has a .500 Smith &Wesson Magnum. And yes, they can and do fire their weapons quite profusely.I showed the one with the S&W your posting. She said"My gun is my absolute last resort-if I need it I want something that stops my attacker, not bounces of his/her skull like a pathetic .32."
