As I sip on a glass of Tongue River Winery Rhubarb Wine, eating Tillamook White Extra-Sharp Cheddar on a Ritz cracker, I am reminded of the old phrase, "It doesn't get any better than this."
Except the Packers beat the Lions tonight. Damn.
I normally eschew such a product. But, for a sweet wine, this stuff is really, really good. Hats off to Bob and Marilyn. As I have paired it, this is WAY better than ice cream or pie. |
