Best Beginnings of Custer County-(Early childhood council), would like to invite residents of Custer County to complete an online community survey. The survey results will be included in a Community Needs Assessment to be completed by September 2012. The overall goal of this assessment is to identify gaps, strengths, duplication of services and areas of growth & opportunity for children and families in our community.
