vegetarianism and nutrient deficiencies- http://www.westonaprice.org/vegetar...utrient-deficiencies
Animal products have nutrients that plant foods do not have so I completely agree! We are not vegetables, what makes people think that we could survive on eating only plants? smile

Have you ever seen Nigellea's show? They constantly film her behind a large fern or counter to hide her enormous arse.

But the point has been made!

Comparing the top and Worldmom's photos just shows that genetics has more to do with how we age then diet, at least if you don't go to some extremes of over weight or unhealthy. We just need to each find a balance that keeps us healthy and happy.

Worldmom's meat/butter/dessert eater looks to be enjoing doritos and beer....and I know plenty of vegetarians who eat that (my sister and brother in law come to mind).

Don't go besmirching the meat, butter and desserts with false propaganda.

The 73 year old vegan is attractive but I don't think she looks much younger than her age. In fact, don't her teeth look too perfect? I suspect dentures.

Lol!

In comments reportedly made during a press briefing for her new movie SALT, Angelina Jolie discussed her bad experiences with a vegan diet.
“I joke that a big juicy steak is my beauty secret,” said Jolie. “But seriously, I love red meat. I was a vegan for a long time, and it nearly killed me. I found I was not getting enough nutrition.”
This is not an uncommon complaint among former vegans; the limitations of the diet require extra diligence to make sure you get proper nutrients.

I rarely find salad that amusing. Tasty, yes, but hilarious, not usually. Unless there is a snoring dormouse amongst the lettuce leaves.

You need to start reading more women's magazines, Amorette.
