This web site requires client variables (cookies) to create an account. You do not currently have cookies enabled. You can enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5 by doing the following.

1. Select Tools from the the Internet Explorer menu bar, then select Internet Options... from the drop down menu.

2. Click the Security tab in the Internet Options dialog box, then click the Custom Level... button.

3. Scroll down in the Settings list until you find the Cookies section. Then enable the Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow per-session cookies (not stored) settings.

4. Click OK to close the dialog boxes. Then use your browser's Back button and click the Refresh button. That's it.
